OPEN HOUSES 

Don't be alarmed if you don't see me personally at an Open House, as a listing agent I may have several houses listed and I will ask colleagues if they would like the opportunity to hold your House Open.

It's a win, win for everyone! Sellers because their house is being held open, Buyers because this gives them the opportunity to walk through the house, and colleagues to help buyers purchase the home.

Open houses are very important in the buying and selling process and this is just one of the services I provide to my sellers!

Buyers if you see a house that is not on my open house list, please feel free to call me for a private showing at 240-483-7556 or e-mail me at Coni@ConiOtto.com or check back every week for new Open Houses. 

I schedule Open Houses at the sellers request, we may not have one every week on every house depending on the schedule of the seller but you can schedule a private showing.
